Attending the conference were Mr. Pham Duy Phong, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh province Department of Tourism and leaders, officials and employees of Ninh Binh Tourism Promotion Information Center.

At the conference, Ms. Lam Thi Phuong, Vice Director of the Center presented a summary report on the work in 2020 and key tasks in 2021. The report stated that in 2020, Ninh Binh Tourism Promotion Information Center has tried the best to limit the effects of covid-19 epidemic under the caring and direction of the Party Committee, Department leaders and determination of officials, employees, workers. Ninh Binh Tourism Promotion Information Center has overcome difficulties and performed well all the tasks, specifically: regularly designing Banner, editing, updating news articles introducing tourism potentials and reflecting the activities and outstanding events of Ninh Binh tourism industry on the website in 3 languages: Vietnamese, English and French. In 2020, the website attracts 3,800,000 visitors. Coordinating with tourism businesses, the Tourism Association and related parties to edit the content, design and publish over 60,950 Ninh Binh tourism promotional publications, Center has provided over 48,580 publications. transmit and advertise Ninh Binh tourism at tourism fairs, seminars and events. Besides, Center also promote activities on the Central, local and other newspapers and other media have been increasingly strengthened. Results in 2020, Center has coordinated with the media to produce and broadcast television programs to promote Ninh Binh tourism with an estimated time of 700 minutes.

In 2020, to promote tourism promotion, Center has organized and coordinated with the Tourism Association and related units to participate in 20 festivals, exhibitions, seminars survey program  inside and outside the province. The aim to support visitors at the stations is always done seriously and in accordance with regulations. In 2020, at the station, we support nearly 74,000 visitors, including 21,000 international and 53,000 domestic tourists. The conference received comments from officials and workers in the Center. Accordingly, the opinions highlighted activities of offices and stations and proposed solutions to improve the efficiency of tourism promotion in the coming time.

With the results achieved in 2020, on behalf of the Management Board of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, Mr. Pham Duy Phong praised and commended collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in their work. Accordingly, the collective of Tourism Promotion Information Center was recognized by the Emulation Council of Ninh Binh Department of Tourism as an advanced labor collective and awarded the Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2020, 04 individuals were recognized the title of Grassroots Emulation Fighter, 11 individuals were awarded Certificate of Merit from Director of  Ninh Binh Department of Tourism, 01 individual was proposed to give Certificate of Merit of Prime Minister.
